The state institution "Department of Passenger Transport and Roads" of the Kegen District pursues state policy in the field of passenger transport and roads in the territory of the Kegen District in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It develops annual and long-term programs for the construction, repair and maintenance of roads at the district level.
Organizes and coordinates the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of engineering infrastructure.
Carries out subsidies for losses of carriers in the implementation of socially significant transportation of passengers in rural, intra-district communications.
