Carries out activities in urban planning, organization and development of territories of the district and localities.
Coordinates the implementation of the integrated urban planning scheme of the district territory (urban planning project) approved in accordance with the procedure established by law, as well as the General plans of rural localities.
Monitors facilities and complexes under construction (planned for construction) in accordance with the procedure established by law.
