The fight against corruption is one of the most pressing issues for any civilized society. Corruption is one of the diseases that has grown with the passage of time, has taken root in areas where there is a lot of money and social competition, and is still not eradicated. This disease has caused great damage to our young state, as well as in developing countries. Therefore, one of the main priorities of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to combat this evil
In accordance with the requirements of the Law "On Anti-Corruption", anti-corruption activities are carried out in various areas. People are especially vulnerable to bribery. The fight against corruption cannot be considered in isolation. Therefore, we need to be active as a society in preventing bribery and extortion in any environment.
There are many reasons why public servants commit corruption crimes and offenses in this regard. Probably, it is primarily due to the low level of education and morality of employees. The indifference of some government officials to crime, their lack of professionalism, and their lack of self-care also contribute to corruption. Corruption is also exacerbated by the reluctance of some government officials to comply with anti-corruption laws.
Bribery has a negative impact on the proper functioning of public authorities, damages the reputation, violates the rule of law and violates the constitutional rights and legitimate interests of citizens. According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Anti-Corruption”, the fight against corruption must be carried out by the bodies and officials of all states. Heads of state bodies, collectives, local self-government bodies shall be obliged to ensure compliance with the requirements of the law by involving personnel, control, legal and other services within their powers.
Of course, corruption is not a cure-all. The population has a mechanism to prevent a dangerous disease that threatens the health of the environment, the public environment and the activities of government agencies, organizations, individual entrepreneurs and citizens. It is necessary to prevent the spread of this disease in society and to prevent its spread. To do this, we need to get involved in this disease and fight against it. Only then we will make a significant contribution to the interests of the country and gain the trust of the people.
The basis for taking appropriate action against corruption is the complaints of citizens. Every citizen of our state is obliged to observe the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to respect the rights, freedoms, honor and dignity of others.
Proverbs such as "Where there is no justice, there is bribery", "Why do you need wealth, if you do not have health, why do you need justice, if the people are not satisfied" are also the guidelines of the judiciary. Indeed, we can gain the trust of the people only if we do justice and are above corruption.
The President's message contains a clear provision: "You have violated the law, you will be prosecuted in accordance with its articles." "Otherwise, we will repeat the Soviet-era 'twisted order as you turn the law.'" Thus, the judiciary, which aims to eradicate corruption, also considers it its duty to make the instructions given in the message a reality and to take an interest in the proper implementation of the law.
