Mission: implementation of state policy in the field of land relations regulation.

Tasks:

1) establishing evidence, conditions and limits of occurrence of the change and termination of right of ownership on land and land use rights, the exercise of the rights and obligations of land owners and land users;

2) regulation of land relations in order to ensure the rational use and protection of land, reproduction of soil fertility, preservation and improvement of the natural environment;

3) creating conditions for the equal development of all forms of management;

4) protection of land rights of individuals and legal entities and the state;

5) strengthening the rule of law in the field of land acquisition.
