According to sub-paragraphs 1), 2), paragraph 1 of article 267 Of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on subsoil and subsoil use" (hereinafter-the Code) The local Executive body of the region refuses to issue a license if there is one of the following reasons:
1) the application or the documents attached to it do not meet the requirements stipulated by this Code;
2) the application is not accompanied by the documents required by this Code;
Based on the above, the Department refuses to grant you a license for prospecting due to the fact that the application is not accompanied by documents in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 265 of the Code.
Also, according to paragraph 4 of article 267 of the Code, Refusal to issue a license does not deprive the applicant of the right to re-submit the application.
