Results of 2023:

There are 250 active quarries in the region for the right of subsurface use for the extraction of common minerals. Of these, 135 are contracts, 59 are licenses, 46 are permits and 10 are prospecting.

There are 191 suspended quarries in the region for the right of subsurface use for the extraction of common minerals. Of these, 135 are contracts, 21 are licenses and 34 are permits.

Since the beginning of the year, the Department has granted the right of subsurface use for common minerals to 43 subsurface users. Of these, 10 are licenses, 30 are permits and 3 are prospecting. The right of subsurface use of common minerals has been terminated for 23 subsurface users.

The Department initiated 18 lawsuits to eliminate the consequences of subsurface use, of which 16 were satisfied, 1 was refused and 1 was mediation.

4 meetings of the Working group were held, where 15 applications were considered.

5 meetings of the Expert commission was held, where 42 applications were considered.

Public services were provided through the E-licensing portal – 49.
