Job description

 

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter of the educational organization manages educational and methodological, scientific and methodological, administrative, financial and economic activities, approves working curricula and programs, schedules of educational processes, internal regulations as well as the management structure, staffing table, job descriptions of employees of the educational organization. Forms a contingent of students and provides their social protection. Provides the necessary conditions for working of public catering organizations as well as medical services in the technical and professional educational institutions and controls their work.

Coordinates work with employers and social partners. Manages the existing property and funds, provides accounting, safety and replenishment of the educational and material bases, compliance with the rules of sanitary and hygienic regime. Organizes re-equipment and reorganization of the material and technical bases. Manages the work of the pedagogical Council. Ensures the introduction and attraction of innovative educational technologies in order to maintain and expand the scope of educational activities of the educational organization.

   Performs the recruitment and placement of personnel, provides the necessary level of pedagogical and educational process, creates conditions for improving professional skills of the staff. Provides General management on cooperation with educational organizations for continuous professional training.

        Provides public relations, coordinates work with parents (or people who replace them), represents the organization of education in higher authority, public and other organizations.

         Implements measures to expand social partnership and international cooperation. Submits an annual report on the results of educational, scientific and financial activities to the authorized body (founder). Ensures compliance with the requirements of legislative and other regulatory legal acts on labor protection, safety and creates safe working conditions.

      Should know: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On education", “On state enterprise", "Anti-corruption" Act, "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan" state program of development of education, other normative legal acts on issues of education and upbringing; basis of pedagogy and psychology, the achievements of modern pedagogical science and practice; innovative methods of management; fundamentals of Economics, financial and business activities; fundamentals of law, labor legislation, rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.

 

Requirements:

 

1) higher (or postgraduate) pedagogical education;

2) teaching experience of at least five years, including experience in a managerial position of at least one year, in an ungraded school of at least three years of teaching work, experience in a managerial position is not required;

3) the first or highest qualification category, and (or) the categories " expert teacher", " researcher teacher", " master teacher" (with the exception of civil servants, employees of Universities, methodological services);

4) health certificate in the form approved by the order of the acting Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 6697);

The education management body accepts the following documents for a vacant position within seven working days from the date of publication of the ad:

1) application for participation in the tender addressed to the head of the educational management body, indicating the place of registration, actual place of residence, contact phone numbers;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a copy of the state-issued document on education;

4) a copy of the document confirming employment;

5) personal form of accounting personnel, photos;

6) recommendations from the previous place of work indicating the existing penalties and incentives;

7) a copy of the document on the existing qualification category and academic degree (if any);

8) health certificate in the form approved by the order of the acting Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of health organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 6697);

9) certificate of no criminal record

10) a certificate of passing the test (if any)

11) a long-term Plan for the development of the school

12) approval of candidates with the Board of Trustees of the state educational organization (hereinafter-the Board of Trustees);

To participate in the competition, the candidate has the right to submit to the Department of education documents on their professional achievements, professional development, research, teaching experience, awards.

          Copies of documents submitted for participation in the competition are certified by the personnel department from the place of work or the responsible employee of the educational organization and sealed.

          If an incomplete set of documents is provided (according to the paragraph 12), the candidate is refused to accept documents for participation in the competition.

          The tender is held in accordance with The rules of the tender for the vacant administrative state position, published in the newspaper "Zaman Zharshysy".

          The final meeting of the tender Commission will be held within 3 working days after the interview.

          The documents required for participation in the competition must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement of the tender in the district newspaper "Zaman Zharshysy" at the address: Almaty region, Karasay district, Kaskelen city, A.
