NEW PROJECT "QYZMET LIVE"!

In his address to the people of Kazakhstan, the head of state noted that the implementation of the "Listening state" concept, which promptly and effectively considers all constructive appeals of citizens, is a common task for all of us.
The main priorities of activity of state bodies are public dialogue, openness and prompt response to the needs of the people.
Today it is time to transfer the process of communication between state bodies and the population to an electronic format.
Indeed, the vast majority of the population is now actively active in social networks, and we welcome the optimal use of this activity to establish effective interaction between state bodies and the population.
Often, service recipients do not have enough reliable, up-to-date information or do not have the opportunity to quickly get answers to their questions.
In this regard, in order to create barrier-free communication with the population, including the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the provision of public services, the QYZMET LIVE project is being implemented for the first time at the initiative Of The Agency's Department for the Almaty region.
In this regard, within the framework of the "QYZMET LIVE" project, the heads of the akim's office of districts and cities and the heads of bodies providing public services go live via social networks.
This project caused a positive response among the population and received great support among service recipients.
