Main task:

1) implementation of public administration policy in the field of energy, heat and gas supply, participation in the development, formation and implementation of plans and target programs;

2) implementation of the state policy in the field of housing relations, municipal waste management within the borders (lines) of localities of the region and ensures the implementation of the state policy in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency;

3) implementation of the policy of state regulation in the field of water supply and sanitation within the borders (lines) of localities in the region;

4) performing other tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
