The state service is provided by the Office of the Akim of the Enbekshikazakh district to individuals and legal entities free of charge.
To acquire the right to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions) outside the settlement, it is necessary to submit an application through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz (https://elicense.kz ) (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
List of required documents:
Stage 1
- statement;
- scheme (plan) of the requested land plot.
Stage 2
- approved land management project.
The public service is provided by the service provider in two stages:
Stage 1: determination of the possibility of using the requested land plot for the stated purpose, preparation of a land plot selection act (when requesting a land plot for the construction of facilities, with the exception of the construction of facilities within a locality), issuance of a land commission conclusion - 12 working days.
Stage 2: making a decision on granting the right to a land plot within - 3 working days from the date of receipt of the approved land management project.
The result of the provision of public services is a resolution of the akim of the district on granting the right to a land plot or a reasoned refusal.
Work schedule:
The portal is open around the clock, except for technical breaks due to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law on Holidays, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day.
The office of the akim of the district – from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2001 "On holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
