The state service can be changed only in electronic form.
The state service "Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot" is provided through the e-government portal in accordance with the rules defining the procedure for the provision of public services approved by Order No. 301 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 01, 2020.
With a valid electronic digital signature (EDS), it is necessary to apply through the portal of "electronic government" to the state institution "The Office of the akim of the Sogeti rural district".
To receive public services, individuals and legal entities through the portal provide the service provider:
1) the application of the service recipient in the form of an electronic document for changing the purpose of the land plot, certified by EDS (when filling in the data is generated on the portal);
2) when changing the purpose of the land plot, pay to the budget an amount equal to the cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot, if necessary, pay to the budget an amount equal to the difference between the cadastral (estimated) value for the changed purpose and the price at which this plot was previously purchased from the state, and, if necessary, a copy of the act cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot.
When choosing a service provider, you must select the appropriate area. If the land plot is located within the boundaries of a locality, then the application must be submitted to the "Office of the akim of the rural district", where your land plot is located. If the land plot is located outside the settlement, then the application must be submitted to the "Akim's Office of the district".
The term of rendering the service is within 13 working days from the date of submission of the application.
The result of the provision of public services: the decision of the service provider to change the purpose of the land plot, or a reasoned refusal to provide public services.
