On September 16 of this year, members of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Akimat of the district conducted public monitoring of the akim offices of the Asу and Malybay rural districts in order to improve the quality of public services, including the creation of a "barrier-free environment" when receiving public services.
During the working trip, minor violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and the provision of public services were revealed: there is no emergency evacuation scheme for the hearing-impaired and deaf, as well as wheelchair users, visually impaired persons in the building of the akim's office of the Malybai rural district, it is necessary to build a canopy over the ramp.
In the buildings of the above-mentioned state bodies, all the necessary conditions have been created for residents and guests to receive electronic public services comfortably. A "children's corner" is organized for children.
For all identified violations, service providers have been given appropriate recommendations and a deadline for their execution.
The execution of these orders will be monitored by means of post control.
