The declaration of income and property (form 270.00) is divided into the following types:
1) initial – a declaration submitted by an individual due to the fact that the established obligation to submit such a declaration arose in the first;
2) regular – a declaration submitted by an individual for subsequent tax periods after the submission of the initial declaration;
3) additional – a declaration submitted by an individual when making changes and (or) additions to a previously submitted declaration of income and property of an individual to which these changes and (or) additions relate;
4) additional on notification - a declaration submitted by an individual when making changes and (or) additions to a previously submitted income and property declaration, in which the tax authority
violations were revealed based on the results of desk control over the income and property of an individual.
In electronic form, the declaration of income and property can be submitted through the Taxpayer's Office (cabinet.salyk.kz ), the portal of "electronic government" (egov.kz ), as well as through the mobile applications eSalyq Azamat and eGov mobile.
