By pasture lands of the district
In the course of certain measures taken by the akimat of the district in 2022, unused pasture land plots for agricultural purposes with an area of 18774,500 hectares were identified. To take measures for 257 land users, the materials were sent to the Department of Land Resources of the Almaty region.
According to the pasture land plots with an area of 7999.00 hectares provided on the basis of the resolution of the Akimat of the Enbekshikazakh district No. 530 dated July 24, 2017, Ile Alatau Tour LLP sent a letter to the authorized body of the region to return to the state land fund of the district.
To date, the area of unused pasture land is 26773.50 hectares.
To meet the needs of the population in pasture lands on land plots with an area of 2332.5 hectares, the resolutions of the akimat of the district "On the beginning of compulsory alienation of a land plot or other immovable property in connection with seizure for state needs" were adopted.
