According to the approved schedule of working visits of the interdepartmental commission to consider problematic issues and shortcomings that arose during the provision of public services in the Enbekshikazakh district on August 16 of this year, members of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Akimat of the district conducted public monitoring of akims of Koktobinsk and Turgen rural districts in order to improve the quality of public services, including the creation of a "barrier-free environment" when receiving public services.
As a result of the working trip, numerous violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and the provision of public services in the Koktobinsk rural district were revealed (the absence of an emergency evacuation scheme for the hard of hearing and deaf, as well as wheelchair users, visually impaired persons and a ramp, a call button for disabled personnel and parking for persons with special needs).
The building of the office of the akim of the Turgen rural district is almost completely adapted for visiting it by persons with special needs when they receive public services.
All the necessary conditions have been created for residents and guests to receive electronic public services comfortably. A "children's corner" is organized for children.
For all identified violations, service providers have been given appropriate recommendations and a deadline for their execution.
The execution of these orders will be monitored by means of post control.
