The state service "Registration of documents for the provision of disabled persons with special means of transportation" is provided in accordance with Annex 3 of the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 26 dated January 22, 2015.
The provision of special means of transportation is carried out on the basis of the IPR developed by the territorial subdivision of the authorized body in the field of social protection of the population, taking into account medical contraindications to providing disabled people with special means of transportation in accordance with Annex 1 to these Rules.
Disabled persons or their legal representatives, or persons acting on behalf of a disabled person on the basis of a power of attorney for the right to issue documents for the provision of special means of transportation, provide an application at the place of residence of a disabled person with the attachment of documents specified in the standard of the state service "Registration of documents for the provision of disabled persons with special means of transportation" via:
1) branches of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens";
2) district department of employment and social programs;
3) e-government web portal;
4) a cellular subscriber device is a proactive service.
When registering through a proactive service, the submission of an application is not required.
Responsible employees of the employment department, when accepting an application, form requests for an individual identification number of a disabled person to the information systems of state bodies and organizations through the "Electronic Government" gateway to obtain the following information:
1) about the identity document;
2) on the establishment of disability;
3) about the measures developed in the IPR.
In the absence of information in information systems, copies of paper documents containing the above information are attached to the application.
After comparison with the submitted originals, copies of the documents are certified by the responsible employee who accepted the application by marking a receipt for the receipt of the relevant documents or a coupon issued in accordance with paragraph 12 of these Rules, after which the originals of the documents are returned to the applicant.
