Methods of providing public services (access channels):
office of the service provider;
e-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
The term of rendering the state service: 5 (five) working days.
Form of public service provision: free of charge in electronic and (or) paper form.
The result of the provision of public services: The decision of the service provider to grant the right of private ownership of a land plot, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
Work schedule:
1) service provider – from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except weekends and holidays according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 (hereinafter – the Code);
2) the portal – around the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays according to the Code, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).
List of documents required for the provision of public services:
to the service provider:
1) application for sale to private ownership of a land plot;
2) identity document (for identification purposes);
3) a copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot;
To the portal:
application for sale to private ownership of a land plot in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
an electronic copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot.
Grounds for refusal to provide public services established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving the state service, and (or) the data (information) contained therein;
non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by part six of paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003.
