Methods of providing public services (access channels): E-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
The term of rendering the state service: The first stage: determination of the possibility of using the requested land plot for the stated purpose, production of the act of choosing the land plot (when requesting a land plot for the construction of facilities), issuance of the conclusion of the land commission – within 12 (twelve) working days.
The second stage: making a decision on granting the right to a land plot with the attachment of a purchase and sale agreement or temporary (short-term, long–term) paid (gratuitous) land use - within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the approved land management project.
Form of public service provision: Electronic.
The result of the provision of public services: The decision of the service provider to grant the right to a land plot, or a reasoned refusal to provide public services.
The list of documents required for the provision of public services: The first stage:
1) an application for the acquisition of the right to a land plot in the form of an electronic document signed with the electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
2) the scheme (plan) of the requested land plot.
Second stage: approved land management project.
