"The Akim's office of the Akshi rural District" informs about the procedure for the provision of public services:
Methods of providing public services (access channels) - E-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
The term of rendering the state service is the first stage: the production of the act of choosing a land plot with its situational scheme, architectural and planning task – within 28 (twenty-eight) working days.
The second stage: when approving the final act of selection and payment for services of land cadastral works by the service recipient, making a decision on granting the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land cadastral plan - within 18 (eighteen) working days.
The form of public service provision is Electronic.
The result of the provision of public services is the decision of the service provider to grant the right of land use to the land plot with the application of the land cadastral plan, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services
The amount of payment charged to the service recipient for the provision of public services, and the methods of its collection in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan - The cost of public services is calculated in accordance with paragraph 28, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 26, 2016 No. 87 "On approval of prices for goods (works, services) produced and (or) sold by the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory legal acts No. 13353).
Payment for the cost of public services is carried out in cash and non–cash form through second-tier banks and organizations that carry out certain types of banking operations, as well as in non-cash form through the payment gateway of "electronic government" (hereinafter - PSHEP).
The production of a land cadastral plan for a land plot for orphans and children left without parental care for the period until they reach the age of eighteen is carried out free of charge.
The work schedule of the Portal is around the clock, except for technical breaks due to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).
Addresses of places where public services are provided are posted on:
1) the Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan: www.gov.kz;
2) on the portal.
The list of documents required for the provision of public services is the first stage:
1) an application for the provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement in the form of an electronic document certified by the electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
2) an electronic copy of the layout of the land plot.
The second stage: the final agreed act of choice.
Grounds for refusal to provide public services established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 1) establishing the unreliability of documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving public services and (or) the data (information) contained therein;
2) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by part six of paragraph 3 and paragraph 6-1 of Article 43, part two of paragraph 6 of Article 49-2, paragraphs 2 and 2-1 of Article 50 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 (hereinafter – the Code);
3) the negative response of the coordinating bodies to the request for approval, which is required for the provision of public services in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 44-1 of the Code.
