Rules for the provision of public services "Approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots" through the portal of "electronic government"
State Institution "Department of Land Relations of Enbekshikazakh district" informs about the procedure for rendering public services:
The state service is provided by local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts and cities of regional significance (hereinafter referred to as the service provider).
In order to receive a public service, individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the service recipient) through the portal send to the service provider:
1) an application for approval of a land management project for the formation of land plots in accordance with Annex 1 to these Rules in the form of an electronic document certified by the service recipient's EDS;
2) electronic land management project. (in full)
The reclamation of documents from service recipients that can be obtained from information systems is not allowed.
The grounds for refusal to provide a public service are:
1) establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving the state service, and (or) the data (information) contained therein;
2) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by paragraph 4 of Article 151 of the Code
How to get the service online (on the "electronic licensing" portal www.elicense.kz )
Click on the "Order service online" button on this page, after which the "electronic licensing" portal will open in a new window.
Log in to the system or register on the "electronic licensing" portal.
In the passport of the service, get acquainted with the package of documents and click on the "Order service online" button, or select the necessary subspecies of activity and click on the "Next" button.
Specify the necessary data, attach the scanned land management project (in full), fill out an application and sign your EDS.
You can track the status of the submitted application in your Personal Account in the "My applications" section. You can find out about obtaining a permit in the section "My permits", about receiving a notification - in the section "My notifications".
The result of rendering the service
An order on the approval of a land management project for the formation of a land plot, or a reasoned response on the refusal to provide a public service.
The form of providing the result of the provision of public services: electronic.
