Bagzhanov Idan Momynovich was born on May 9, 1951 in the village of Koyankoz, the former Guards district, Taldykorgan region.

Having agreed with the director of the cultural and educational school of Kaskelen, he helped young specialists in the House of Culture to get a special education. He founded the Silk Road Folklore Ensemble, revived the work of the folk orchestra.
At the request of the head of the regional Department of Culture, K. Urshibekova I. Bagzhanov, on August 17, 1993, he was transferred to the director of the museum. From that day on, museum staff were hired, documents were filled out, sealed and the registration of existing exhibits was carried out.

Idan Momynovich was the organizer, the core of this great initiative. Now, thanks to this initiative, in the Issyk mounds, the "historical and cultural museum-reserve" testifies to the merits of Idan Momynovich.
Out of 30 years of work in the field of culture, he worked for 26 years in the Enbekshikazakh district.
