In the life of every man there comes a period of military service in the army. The ability to protect your home and the land in which you live is a necessary feature of every man as a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and as a support of the family.
The spring conscription campaign is in full swing in the district. Since the first of March, citizens who have reached the age of 18 have been undergoing a medical commission, psychological tests and a personal interview at the local military administration body. According to the law, unjustified postponement or exemption from conscription is unacceptable. A citizen of Kazakhstan between the ages of 18 and 27 must be conscripted into the army.
First of all, units of the Border Service of the National Security Committee, the State Security Service are completed, then military units of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The conscription campaign for military service in Kazakhstan is held in spring and autumn. Before the spring draft in 2022, the local military administration of the district began work on the preliminary study of young people. When studying personal files, the personal data of conscripts are revealed, conversations are held with each young person and his parents. During the study, specialties acquired by military personnel are taken into account without fail, as well as information about their moral and business qualities, health status, physical fitness, general education, special training and marital status are clarified. According to the rules of conscription of citizens into the army, our local military administration body is entrusted with the work of studying conscripts. In this regard, if we are talking about the purpose of studying, then taking into account health, education and other aspects, the guy is sent to the army. At the same time, their criminal record or not is taken into account when studying. The purpose of this work is the qualitative selection of citizens in the army.
The protection of our country is a sacred duty and a constitutional duty of every citizen. Citizens subject to conscription for military service are required to appear on the agenda of the local military administration body in the draft commission. If it is impossible to serve a summons personally to a citizen, ensuring her appearance is entrusted to the relevant internal affairs body. The search for persons evading military duty is also carried out by the internal affairs bodies. At the same time, evasion from military service entails criminal liability under article 387 of the Criminal Code, which provides for punishment from a fine of 1000 MCI to imprisonment for up to 3 years.
