The state service is provided by the state institution "District Department of Economics and Finance".
The state service is carried out on the basis of:
- Paragraph 8 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas";
- Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72 "On approval of the Rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements" (last amended on 30.09.2020 for No. 72);
Form of public service provision:
Electronic/paper.
The result of the provision of public services:
Notification of the need for the service recipient to contact the service provider (indicating the address and contact details) to conclude an Agreement on the provision of measures;
about registration and priority;
motivated refusal to provide social support measures.
The list of documents required for the provision of public services:
when receiving a lifting allowance:
1) application in the form according to Annex 2 to these Rules;
2) identity document (for identification);
3) a copy of the diploma of education;
4) a copy of the document confirming the work activity of the service recipient;
when receiving a budget loan for the purchase / construction of housing:
1) application in the form according to Annex 2 to these Rules;
2) identity document (for identification);
3) a copy of the diploma of education;
4) a copy of the document confirming the work activity of the service recipient;
5) certificate of state registration of marriage (matrimony) (for married service recipients) for identification;
6) report from the Credit Bureau;
Service provider's work schedule:
From Monday to Friday from 9-00 to 18-30 hours with a lunch break from 13-00 to 14-30 hours, except weekends and holidays according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The state service is provided in the order of an "electronic" queue without accelerated service, it is possible to book an electronic queue through the web portal of the "electronic government".
