In order to modernize moral values and promote a positive model of family and marriage (matrimony), and improve the status of the family, a national competition "Mereyli otbasy" is being held in Almaty region .
Families (applicants) participate in the competition by submitting an application for participation in the district (city) commissions of akimats from May 15 to June 15,as well as on the recommendation of local executive bodies, legal entities registered in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Families whose members have high labor, sports, creative, intellectual, scientific achievements, as well as active participation in socially useful activities (volunteering, charity, patronage, mentoring) are allowed to participate in the competition.
Families with previously convicted members who are members of organizations whose activities are prohibited in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan may not participate in the competition.
The competition is held in two stages. The first stage – at the district (city) level, the second – at the regional level.
The following documents are submitted to the district (city) commission: an application for participation in the competition in paper and electronic form:
1) copies of identity documents of parents (guardians, Guardians), copies of birth certificates of children;
2) for Foster (Foster) Families — an extract from the decision of the local authorized body on the establishment of guardianship (guardianship) over a minor;
3) a copy of the marriage certificate;
4)a copy of the death certificate in the event of the death of one of the parents (if any);
5) copies of documents certifying the existence of incentives received for raising children, incentives received for certain achievements;
6) letters of recommendation from legal entities and (or)individuals (at least two);
7) copies of documents certifying high labor, sports, creative, intellectual, scientific achievements of family members;
8) consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
Applicants who submit documents after the specified deadline are not allowed to participate in the competition.
Documents submitted to the district and city commissions are non-refundable.
