The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Enbekshikazakh district, offices of akims of rural districts and the city of Esik to individuals and legal entities free of charge.
To obtain a decision on the sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments outside the settlement, you must submit an application through the office of the service provider or through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal).
List of required documents: to the service provider:
- application for sale to private ownership of a land plot;
- identity document (for identification purposes);
- a copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot;
to the portal:
- application for sale to private ownership of a land plot in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
- an electronic copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) value of the land plot.
The term of rendering the state service is 5 working days.
The result of the provision of public services is a decision to grant the right of private ownership of a land plot or a reasoned refusal.
Work schedule:
The office of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district - from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except weekends and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.
Portal – around the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays according to the Code, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).
