The campaign "Civil control – demand a check" is being held among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Persons who have reported on the non-issuance of a fiscal check to the CMC or on the refusal to accept payment by payment cards will be paid remuneration. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State on the activation of self–regulation and public control tools during the moratorium period, the action "Civil Control - demand a check" was resumed from October 20, 2021 to identify the facts of non-issuance of KKM fiscal checks or refusal to accept payment by payment cards.
Anyone can take part in the action "Civil control – demand a check". All sent appeals will be considered by the state revenue authorities.
Many buyers do not attach due importance to the issuance of checks by sellers, who only benefit from it. Not issuing a check contributes to underestimating the actual income of an economic entity, which in turn affects the completeness of budget receipts.
To report violations of non-issuance of a fiscal check or refusal to accept payment by payment cards, you can download the free mobile application "WIPON CASHBACK" from the App Store and Play market and receive a reward (1000 tenge minus the IPN) to the phone balance in case of confirmation of the fact of violation of non-issuance of a fiscal check.
To identify information about the entrepreneur, the buyer can read information from a QR code placed in the cash register area of the entrepreneur.
The State Revenue Committee calls on all citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to express their civic position, show zero tolerance for violations of the law and actively participate in the action "Civil Control – demand a check".
