Currently, a lot of work is being done to combat corruption on the part of the state. For the first time in the expanses of the Soviet Union, Kazakhstan adopted the Law "on combating corruption", this bill defines the principles of combating corruption, the basics, defines the types of responsibility for corruption and related offenses.
In the fight against Corruption, all people are equal before the law and the court. Restoration of violated rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, and elimination of harmful consequences of corruption offenses, their prevention, all state bodies and officials within their competence should fight corruption - this is a universal task.
In the fight against corruption, much depends on the whole society taking an active part.
All actions that blacken the name of a civil servant should be avoided.
Those who intentionally violate this law are subject to severe punishment.
The behavior of a civil servant, first of all, is inherent in the presence of proper upbringing from childhood. Education begins with parents, children growing up seeing how they solve things by giving a bribe, or improving their financial situation by receiving a bribe, consider it proper. What kind of civil servant will grow out of such a child? An official thinking about his pocket, or a real citizen thinking about the future, strengthening the country, having a deep sense of patriotism? If the latter, then fine. Therefore, focusing on this problem in every family is important.
Kazakhstan is a multinational, dynamically developing state confident in the future. We face even greater challenges, we have to go through many stages and achieve high-quality results.
