A change of director or manager is a common occurrence in any large organization. The company should inform about the change of management not only to its business partners, but also to various registering and controlling government agencies.
And if earlier, in order to notify government agencies about the change of leadership, entrepreneurs had to contact the PSC, then from October 2021 it can be done online.
Here is an instruction on how to do it:
- the new director needs to log in to the Egov portal;
- in the "Business" section, find the service "Notification of change of the head";
- fill in the data and sign the application using EDS;
- each founder of the organization needs to coordinate the application with his EDS.
Important! The change of the head of the organization is of a notification nature and is not a public service. Given that this service is provided without the participation of the registering authority, the responsibility for making changes is fully assigned to the legal entity itself.
