The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Enbekshikazakh district for individuals and legal entities free of charge.
To obtain a permit for the use of a land plot for survey work, you must submit an application through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz (Portal).
List of required documents:
- electronic application;
- an electronic copy of the plan (scheme) of the survey site;
- an electronic copy of the survey assignment.
The term of rendering the state service is 10 working days.
The result of the provision of public services is a resolution of the akim of the district on the issuance of a permit for the use of a land plot for survey work or a reasoned refusal.
Work schedule:
The portal is open around the clock, except for technical breaks due to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law on Holidays, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day.
