Unemployed youth (under 29 years old);
members of low-income families - recipients of targeted social assistance;
large families - recipients of benefits for large families;

persons with disabilities;
persons raising a disabled child (disabled children).
Applications for training are accepted through a Single online window of support for entrepreneurial initiatives "Business.Enbek" subsystem of the State Information Portal "Electronic Labor Exchange".
After the applicant submits an application on the portal, membership in the target group is checked within 10 (ten) calendar days.
After approval on the Business.Enbek portal, the application is automatically sent to the portal for online training at the Atameken Academy AIS.
The course is studied online at AIS Atameken Academy. The duration of the training is for 25 (twenty-five) calendar days and is free of charge.
According to the results of the training, the participant is provided with the appropriate type of certificate:
the certificate of completion of training is received by participants who have prepared a business plan and scored the required number of points - at least 60% based on the results of the evaluation of the business plan and final testing),
certificate of participation in training under the Bastau Business project participants who have increased the level of competence, but do not have a developed business plan at the time of completion of training, or who have received a negative assessment of the business plan, receive it.
The certificate of completion of training is valid for three years.
