Kabdylkair Kaysenov was born on March 10, 1928 in the village of Asybulak, Ulan district, East Kazakhstan region.
During the Great Patriotic War, he worked at a mine. After the end of the war, he entered the Kirov Kazakh State Institute, the Faculty of Philology, received the specialty of a teacher of the Kazakh language and Kazakh literature.
Kabdylkair Kaysenov began his career in 1955 as a teacher of the Kazakh language, history of Kazakhstan and deputy director for educational work at the Teryaev Secondary School No. 27, in the Zharma station of the Semipalatinsk region.
From 1978 until retirement, he worked as the director of the T. Ryskulov secondary school of the village of Zhanashar of the Zhanashar rural district of the Enbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region and the former 8-year school named after the Ushinsky village of Cosmos.
In 1986, at the suggestion of Kabdylkair Kaysenov, a large secondary school was built in the village of Cosmos, which was named after the poet, writer of the paradise Semirechye, unsurpassed talent of the Kazakh people Ilyas Zhansugurov.
Kabdylkair Kaysenov is a veteran of the rear of the Great Patriotic War, the best teacher of education, an honorary citizen of the Enbekshikazakh district, awarded medals, diplomas of the Supreme Council and the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR.
Kabdylkair Kaysenov brought up many students. Among them are production managers, teachers, engineers, academics, professors.
