Offsets from tax CBC to customs, as well as from customs to tax CBC are not allowed and prohibited. Refunds from customs CBCS are made on the basis of documents confirming the validity of this refund (confirmation of the customs block, written explanation of the taxpayer, payment document, etc.) and refunds are not allowed under CBCS 106104 and 106105. It is possible to return them only if confirmation is provided from all the customs posts of the Almaty region and the posts of the DGA of Almaty.
