In Kazakhstan, 637 public services can be obtained online, for this in most cases it is necessary to have an EDS. But sometimes people urgently need to get some kind of certificate, and the EDS is not at hand. For such situations, access to 138 popular services has been simplified – they can be obtained using a one-time SMS password.
Without an EDS, you can get the most popular references, for example, apply for a real estate registration certificate or its duplicate. You can also make a temporary residence permit, change your full name, register as an unemployed person, get an act for land plots, issue disability, social benefits and much more.
The list of public services available through a one-time password is constantly updated. You can view the list on the portal egov.kz .
