The Fund calls the owners of individual pension accounts that have not been replenished for more than one year, since only regular and full pension contributions contribute to the formation of pension capital and provide decent pension payments after the end of employment.
For example, in 2021, UAPF employees established contacts with 662 thousand owners of inactive "sleeping accounts". Among them are the self-employed, the unemployed, as well as a category of citizens who temporarily do not deduct pension contributions - those on parental leave for more than one year, students, interns, interns, housewives, military personnel, convicts. There are among the owners of "sleeping" accounts and those who were not aware that the employer does not transfer contributions.
As a result of the work carried out, only in 2021, 696 thousand contributions totaling 6.4 billion tenge were received to 138 thousand individual pension accounts.
Please note that UAPF employees, when making a call, are required to introduce themselves, name their position and explain the purpose of their appeal. Also, employees do not request personal data of depositors: the status of an individual pension account, bank details, place of work, etc. It can only be clarified whether a person is currently unemployed.
