The Committee revealed facts of incorrect reflection of the degree of risk in the Taxpayer's Account web application, due to the use of third-party software, for example, the Google Chrome browser or Mozilla Firefox, etc.
For example, the risk degree field is incorrectly displayed as "high risk" and "low" risk degree is displayed "down" (Figure 1), and in the note, instead of "Risk degree assigned based on the results of the next categorization for the 1st half of 2022", "Increased risk assigned based on the results of the next categorization for the 1st half of 2022" is displayed (Figure 2).
In this connection, if such facts are revealed by taxpayers themselves, it is necessary to disable the translator in the browser used (Figure 3) or use another browser where there is no translator. As a result, after performing the above actions, it is necessary to log in to the Taxpayer's Account web application again and the information about the degree of risk will be displayed correctly.
