According to the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Rules of Service Ethics of Civil Servants), public service is an expression of special trust on the part of society and the state and places high demands on the moral and ethical appearance of civil servants. The Company expects that civil servants will invest all their strength, knowledge and experience in their professional activities, impartially and honestly serve their Homeland - the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Code of Ethics includes general standards of behavior of civil servants, standards of behavior of civil servants during off-duty hours, standards of behavior in official relations of civil servants, standards of behavior related to public speaking, including in the mass media of civil servants.
