The Government of Kazakhstan has approved the rules for the payment of remuneration to those who will report violations of the use of a cash register and a device designed to accept payments using payment cards.
According to the rules, the person who reported the facts of the violation, if confirmed, receives a reward in the amount of 1,000 tenge.
In order to report a violation of the use of a cash register or a device designed to accept payments using payment cards and receive remuneration for this, you need to inform the territorial state revenue authorities about the facts of the violation through a mobile application by filling in the data:
about the facts of the violation (non-issuance of a check, refusal to accept a bank card) with the attachment of a video recording of the violation;
allowing to identify a business entity, a private notary, including the address of the place of activity, the name of the object related to taxation (if any), the number of the boutique and floor in the trading house (if any), the number of the place in the market (if any), the number of the office and floor (if any);
allowing to identify the applicant: surname, first name and patronymic and his IIN;
consent to receive or refusal to receive remuneration for reporting the fact of violation.
If, upon receipt of a report of a violation by the territorial state revenue authority, the fact of the violation is confirmed, the entrepreneur will be brought to administrative responsibility.
The remuneration will be transferred by the operator who wins the public procurement competition in this direction to the mobile phone balance within 15 working days from the date of confirmation of the violation.
The remuneration will be financed from the republican budget.
