At the initiative of the state corporation "Government for Citizens", the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has amended the rules on registration of rights to immovable property. Now, after a transaction made with a notary for registration of rights to real estate, the client can optionally receive the result in an accelerated manner for an additional amount within two hours from the date of payment.
Reducing the service delivery time allows you to eliminate administrative barriers and corruption risks.
Earlier, "Government for Citizens" together with Kasri implemented the possibility of paying for the service in the application Кaspi.kz for clients who have registered real estate with notaries.
