How to get the state service "Determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots"?
The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Enbekshikazakh district for individuals and legal entities free of charge.
To obtain a definition of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots, it is necessary to submit an application through the office of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district.
List of required documents:
- an application for determining the divisibility and indivisibility of a land plot;
- the scheme of the division of the land plot, indicating the size of the divided parts of the land plot and existing buildings;
- a copy of the identification document for the land plot.
The term of rendering the state service is 15 calendar days.
The result of the provision of public services is a letter on the determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots, or a reasoned response on the refusal to provide public services.
Work schedule:
District akim's office – from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2001 "On holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
