The state service is provided free of charge to individuals and legal entities through the Office of the Akim of Karazhota rural district.
"In accordance with the rules defining the procedure for the provision of public services "" obtaining rights to state –owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests,auctions)"", you must submit an application through the ""e-government web portal "" (hereinafter referred to as the portal)."
To receive a public service, individuals and legal entities through the portal provide the service provider with::
Stage 1: application; scheme of the requested land plot.
Stage 2: approved Land Management Project.
The service provider provides public services in two stages:
Stage 1: determination of the possibility of using the requested land plot for the stated purpose, preparation of an act on the selection of a land plot, issuance of an opinion of the Land Commission within 12 working days.
Stage 2: decision on granting lease rights to a land plot within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the approved Land Management Project.
The result of rendering a public service, the decision of the service provider to grant the right to lease a land plot, or the conclusion of the Land Commission on a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
If the recipient of a public service applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the law on holidays, acceptance of the application and issuance of the results of the provision of public services is carried out on the next working day.
