In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", on March 18, 2022, a public discussion of the report of the activities of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Koktobе Rural District" on the provision of public services for 2022 was held.
Conducting public discussions of reports on activities in the provision of public services is aimed at informing the public about the measures adopted and planned by local executive bodies regulating the provision of public services. Public discussions are also designed to ensure the implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency of the activities of service providers, the quality and accessibility of public services, continuous improvement of the process of providing public services, cost-effectiveness and efficiency of their provision.
During the public discussion of the activity report on the provision of public services, the issues of the number of public services provided, the most popular public services, work with service recipients, and satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of public services were touched upon.
Following the results of the public discussion of the activity report, the following decisions were made: to take note of the activity report on the provision of public services, to assess the work done satisfactorily.
