The term of rendering the state service:
1) from the date of delivery of the package of documents to the service provider – 12 working days;
2) the maximum allowable waiting time for the delivery of a package of documents is 15 minutes;
The result of the provision of a public service is a notification to the service provider about the special registration of an application or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
The state service is provided free of charge to individuals and legal entities.
The grounds for refusal to provide a public service are:
1) establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving the state service, and (or) the data (information) contained therein;
2) in respect of the service recipient, there is a court decision that has entered into legal force, on the basis of which the service recipient is deprived of a special right related to receiving a public service.
