The term of rendering the state service:
The first stage: determining the possibility of using the requested land plot for the stated purpose, making an act of choosing a land plot (when requesting a land plot for the construction of facilities), issuing a conclusion of the land commission – within 12 (twelve) working days.
The second stage: making a decision on granting the right to a land plot with the attachment of a purchase and sale agreement or temporary (short-term, long–term) paid (gratuitous) land use - within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the approved land management project.
Form of public service provision: Electronic.
The result of the provision of public services: The decision of the service provider to grant the right to a land plot, or a reasoned refusal to provide public services.
The amount of payment charged to the service recipient for the provision of public services, and the methods of its collection in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Is free.
List of documents required for the provision of public services
application for the acquisition of the right to a land plot in the form of an electronic document signed with the electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
scheme (plan) of the requested land plot.
Second stage: approved land management project.
