After receiving the initial materials and developing a sketch (draft design), the applicant carries out its coordination with the service provider.
The sketch (draft design) must comply with the composition and content set out in Annex 3 to these Rules, the set of requirements for the purpose, the main parameters, the placement of the object on a specific plot of land and the color scheme in accordance with the architectural and artistic color scheme of the development of streets, blocks and residential areas.
To receive a public service, the applicant submits an application through the portal in accordance with Annex 6 to these Rules to the service provider through the portal with an electronic copy of the sketch (draft design) attached.
The term for rendering a public service or providing a reasoned refusal is 10 (ten) working days.
