On 09.02.2023, a seminar was organized and held in the building of the akimat of the Baltabai rural district with the elders of the villages of the rural district to further inform the population of villages on the issue of obtaining high-quality public services through the "electronic government for citizens" Egov, through a free service for obtaining electronic certificates by third parties, using a one-time password, that is, without visiting the PSC and using EDS, as well as through the service in the Egov messenger.kz, about the possibility of obtaining electronic services and EDS through a self-service corner located in the akimat of the rural district. An explanation was also given about the mobile application "Digital agent" - "evaluate the quality of public services in real time".
