The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Enbekshikazakh district for individuals and legal entities free of charge.
To obtain approval and issuance of a project for recultivation of disturbed lands, it is necessary to submit an application through the e-Government portal www.egov.kz .
List of required documents:
- application for approval of the project of reclamation of disturbed lands in the form of an electronic document certified by the electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
- project of reclamation of disturbed lands.
The term of rendering the state service is 5 (five) working days.
The result of the provision of a public service is an e-mail agreement with the issuance of a project for the reclamation of disturbed lands, or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide a public service.
Work schedule:
The portal is open around the clock, except for technical breaks due to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law on Holidays, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day.
