"The office of the akim of the Shelek rural District" informs about the procedure for providing public services:
The name of the service provider is the State Institution "The Office of the akim of the Sheleksky rural district"
List of documents required for the provision of public services
1) an application for queuing for a land plot in the form;
2) identity document;
to the portal:
an application for queuing for a land plot in the form of an electronic document certified by the electronic digital signature of the service recipient.
The form of public service provision is electronic and paper.
The term of rendering the state service is 12 working days.
Grounds for refusal to provide public services established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan –
1) establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving the state service and the data (information) contained therein;
2) non-compliance of the service recipient and the submitted data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by parts eleven and twelve of paragraph 8 of Article 44-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003.
The result of the provision of a public service is a notification of the registration of an application for special registration, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide a public service.
