The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed and put into effect the mobile application "e-Salyq Business" from January 1 of this year. The new digital solution is designed to simplify the fulfillment of tax obligations for individual entrepreneurs, which is especially convenient for newly registered entrepreneurs.
The E-Salyq Business mobile application has simplified a number of tax procedures.
The functionality of the mobile application allows you to:
- register as an individual entrepreneur;
- issue a receipt for a mobile application (an alternative to control checks
cash register machine);
- take into account the income of an individual entrepreneur (based on checks
applications);
- calculate taxes and social payments;
- keep records of employees and their income;
- submit a simplified declaration (form 910.00);
- close the sole proprietor in a simplified manner.
In addition, E-Salyq Business implements convenient services with which it will be possible to receive notifications from the tax authority, pay taxes with one payment document for several taxes at once, carry out offsets and refunds of erroneously or overpaid amounts of taxes. You can also get various certificates: about registration as an individual entrepreneur, about the income of an individual entrepreneur, about the income of employees. All of them are intended for presentation at the place of the claim. Also, for the convenience of taxpayers, there is also a Tax calendar with reminders of upcoming tax events, such as the deadlines for submitting tax reports and paying taxes.
The user profile contains up-to-date information about the individual entrepreneur. These are its registration data, status (active, inactive, suspended activities), types of activities. The state revenue agency in which the individual entrepreneur is registered, bank details and the degree of risk of the entrepreneur are indicated.
Thus, this mobile application provides for the phased implementation of the entire life cycle of taxation of an individual entrepreneur.
