Required documents for the portal : application in the form according to Appendix 1 to the Rules of the state service, certified by the service recipient's EDS;
- in case of demolition of the object by contract, an electronic copy of the contract for contract work is provided;
- if the real estate object has several owners, then it is necessary to provide an electronic copy of the notarized written consent of the other owners of the object to carry out a set of postutilization works (demolition of buildings) and its parameters;
- if carrying out a complex of demolition works affects the interests of adjacent owners of premises (parts of the house), then it is necessary to provide an electronic copy of the notarized written consent of the adjacent owners of premises (parts of the house);
- a copy of the expert opinion on the technical inspection of the reliability and stability of buildings and structures issued by an expert who has the appropriate certificate for the right to carry out a technical inspection of the reliability and stability of buildings and structures, or by an accredited organization with certified experts;
- an electronic copy of the PPR (not required for the objects specified in paragraph 1 of Article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 "On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan")/design (design and estimate) documentation;
- in case of recognition of an apartment building as an emergency, an electronic copy of the relevant conclusion on the demolition of the interdepartmental commission created by the local executive body in the form according to Appendix A of the Methodological Recommendation on the demolition of emergency apartment buildings approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Construction and Housing and Communal Services dated December 29, 2012 No. 795.
Terms of rendering: 1) from the date of delivery of the package of documents for carrying out a complex of works on the postutilization of objects (demolition of buildings) technically and (or) technologically simple objects to the service provider and when contacting the portal – 5 (five) working days;
2) from the date of delivery of the package of documents for carrying out a complex of works on the postutilization of objects (demolition of buildings) of technically and (or) technologically complex objects to the service provider and when contacting the portal – 10 (ten) working days.
The result of rendering: A decision on demolition or a reasoned response on refusal to provide public services in the cases and on the grounds provided for in column 9 of this standard of public services.
When the service recipient applies through the portal, the result of the provision of public services is sent to the service recipient in the "personal account" in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature (hereinafter – EDS) of the authorized person of the service provider.
Work schedule: The Office of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district - from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except weekends and holidays, according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.
the portal is open around the clock, except for technical breaks due to repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day).
