In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2020 No. 605 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of public services" deferral from conscription " and"release of citizens from conscription for military service", applications for the provision of these services are accepted during the period of conscription of citizens for military service from March 1 to June 30 and from September 1 to December 30.
In order to receive a public service, individuals send the service provider through the e-government web portal www.egov .kz and a cellular subscriber device application in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature (hereinafter – EDS) the service recipient is certified with a one-time password, in case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the service recipient provided by the mobile operator to the portal account of the relevant documents https://adilet.zan.kz/kaz/docs/V2000021613 .
The state service is provided within 5 (five) working days.
